Who We Are

As a business coach and consultant, Stuart Meyer works with senior leaders and their teams to align their vision, goals, and behaviors to achieve personal and organizational success.

In working with small and medium-sized organizations, Stuart’s work often involves supporting the senior management team, especially in the areas of strategy, accountability, and team alignment. Stuart utilizes his background in strategic planning to help teams create a vision, strategic plan, and accountability for achieving their goals. He often facilitates management team meetings and off-sites.

In coaching individuals, Stuart’s focus is on helping business leaders accelerate the development of both their leadership and management skills. He works with his clients to identify and put into practice their unique leadership style, enabling them to better motivate and lead their organizations. He assists his clients in strengthening their management skills, through assessing their strengths and areas for development, co-creating development plans, and providing on-going coaching, encouragement and accountability to help them achieve their development goals.

Stuart also coaches leaders through career transitions, such as executive on-boarding, promotions, and executive outplacement.

His clients have included Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Network General, Agile Software, Pacific Peninsula Group, MetricTest, Lithia Motors, Pacific Retirement Services and many small to medium-sized organizations in a broad range of industries.

In 1999, Stuart co-founded the Workpath Group, a leadership coaching organization, where he both coached and managed a network of over 100 coaches worldwide, until returning to private practice in 2004. Prior to the Workpath Group, he was Vice President of Organizational Consulting for Right Management Consultants, where he coached managers in career and leadership development, and worked with management groups in team building and managing organizational change. Before moving into leadership development and coaching, he held finance, sales, marketing and corporate development positions with several high technology firms, including Genentech, Xiox Corporation and Apple Computer.

He received an MBA and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He completed the Advanced Coaching Program with the Coaches Training Institute, and is certified to consult with the Birkman, Myers-Briggs, Spherical Dynamics, and Career Architect assessment instruments. He has served on the boards of both a private company and non-profit organizations.

Stuart divides his time between working in the Silicon Valley in California, and the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon.
